So for myself and I think the rest of the team, no, it’s absolutely not shocking.
You know, we’ve built a culture around winning.
And we proved we can do it multiple times on the world stage now.
So I think we’re starting to get, you know, some belief from the rest of the community.
Some people still think it’s shocking, but not to us.
In 2024 we played in the Premier 12 and Chinese Taipei were the Champions.
They’re an incredible baseball team.
But I mean we had two ex major leaguers pitched today and a third guy who’s one of the toughest which is for any left-handed hitter and any hitter to face pitches in the ABL.
So there’s that and then a lot of experience throughout our team and some some young players, some experience.
It’s a perfect combination.
So when we go against anyone, we’re going to have belief and trust in each other that we can go out.
It’s the same game we play no matter who you’re facing.
Chinese Taipei is an incredible opponent but we we executed well tonight and and won.
